Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius
Ptolemy states that Jupiter and Saturn's conjunctions are of three types: major, minor, and mean. Major conjunction is one in which these two planets begin their convergence inthe fire triplicity and remain in conjunction in the other trigons in turn until they return to the original triplicity, but in another sign from that in which they started, and this happens every 960 years. Mean conjunction is when these two highest planets begin their meeting in one of the four triplicities, and it lasts until they enter another, which happens every 240 years. Minor conjunction occurs every 20 years, and the one on the winter solstice of 2020 will occur in 0.3 degrees of Aquarius.

The election day chart of Washington DC is shown above. The 10th house belongs to the current president and the 4th house to the challenger. Trump is indeed the ascendant of Leo. Its ruler, the Sun, is in the ascendant (4th from 10th - home) and its dispositor (what happens to the Sun) is Mars is in the 6th house of service and everyday work. It is retrograde (repeat, re-elected) and the strongest planet of the chart. It is in the 9th house (fortune) from the MC. The current president will be re-elected and will continue to serve the people from the White House. Biden is the IC-Aquarius ruled by Saturn in the 3rd house). Although it is in own sign, it is 12th from IC which indicates loss. It is also conjunct debilitated Jupiter who rules the 12th cusp of the turned chart (Asc. Aq.). Saturn (skin) is also conjunct Pluto (cancer) and this candidate had several non-melanoma skin cancers removed, although it is impossible to find out when. The Moon forms a sextile with Mars and only an inconjunction with Saturn - the people will support the current president. We can also turn the chart and look at it in the following manner. Biden is the challenger (Aquarius ascendant) and Trump is the defender (Leo). In that case, the dispositor of Leo is in the 10th house, and this is what Bonati1 says about this placement: ″It signifies that he will be strong, indeed stronger than all those who come against him and that he will conquer them all.‶ In both cases, it is impossible to uproot the current ruler and remove him from his domicile.

Biden has persistent atrial fibrillation (and irregular heartbeat), said to be "completely asymptomatic" without the need for any medication or treatment. He also suffers from hyperlipidemia (fatty blood), gastroesophageal reflux, and allergies-but takes medications to manage all of those conditions. In 2008, he had a benign tumor removed from his digestive system after it was discovered during a colonoscopy, and had his gall bladder removed in 2003. He had benign prostatic hyperplasia (prostate enlargement), treated by surgery, and had two cerebral aneurysms treated in 1988. Blood clots were discovered while Biden recovered from his 1988-aneurism treatments, so a vascular filter was inserted into a large vein leading to the heart to prevent further life-threatening clots.2
The health implications can be attributed to many planets in dushtana houses but Joe manages to survive due to the blessings of complete Vipareta yoga. The 6L lord is in the 12th house, exalted 8L in the 6th house and Mars, the 12th lord is in his own domicile. Heart problems are due to the Sun (karaka-significator of the Lagna and health in general) in the 12th house. Prostate problems - Mars in the 12th house (with Venus (6L)) square Pluto. Fatty blood is signified by exalted retrograde Jupiter in the 8th house. It casts a full aspect to the 12th house helping Sun (vital force) and Mars (but also causing prostate swelling) and Mercury (political career). Aneurisms may be caused by maraka Saturn and dushtana Jupiter aspects on the Lagna (head), and also a full aspect of Rahu to the Moon. All of this produces high blood pressure (too much arterial blood - exalted Jupiter but in a difficult house), a direct cause of brain aneurysms.2 Biden lost his wife (7L in 12) in a car accident (Ur, Sa) and later his first-born son died of brain cancer (5L in 12 (equal house)). Venus (wife), Mercury (wife) and Mars are all combust.
His political career spans for more than four decades mainly because of powerful Rahu in Virgo in the 10th house (equal house system) that produces a Raja Yoga. This is an optimal placement for the north node (Rahu does best in Mercurial signs - intelligence, cunningness) giving great power and supremacy in a political career. Rahu is bhavottama, it occupies the same house in D1 and D9 (not shown). If using eight charakaraka system of Jaimini astrology, Rahu becomes the Atmakaraka - the significator of the soul. Many planets in the 12th house may indicate being a vice president twice. If the 10th house is that of the president (main ruler), the 12th house may be considered as the second (vice) president. Besides, his 12th lord Mars is stronger than the 10th lord Mercury.
Dasha Change
Most importantly, Joe's Lagna (Jupiter) dasha will end a few days before the election, when Saturn dasha begins. Although it is an even (gain, inhale) dasha, Saturn is a maraka (2L) placed in the 7th (also maraka) house of opposition aspecting the Lagna. During Jupiter dasha all the planets in the 12th house was somewhat protected by his trinal aspect including Mercury (10L) and his career prospered. Saturn only has a trine with Neptune and fully aspects Ketu. Saturn casts his 3rd drishti to the 9th house of Leo (heart) that contains Pluto and Chiron. This sextile with Pluto may ultimately bring heart trouble. In the dashamsa (D10) chart of career, although Saturn rules the 1st house with the Moon in detriment, it is in the 9th house (12th from 10th - loss of power, career). Jupiter in D10 is in the 11th house of gains.
Transits
Transits
on Election Day are not very favorable for Joe. There is a T-square between natal
Jupiter (Biden), transit Mercury and transit Saturn along with Pluto and
Jupiter. Rahu and Moon are in the house of opposition and the only mitigating
factor is a sextile to natal Mercury (10L-presidency) from Pluto and
debilitated Jupiter. Transiting MC will be on his Lagnesh meaning that he will
be in the limelight. However, even though being in own house, Saturn will
behave in a very negative manner since his ashtakavarga bindus are very low, Biden's
health may be seriously affected. Notice the high ashtakavarga of the 10th
house.

of 2020 shows progressed declination Moon parallel Venus and contraparallel
natal Fortuna. Venus is combust, 6th lord (opposition, acute disease)
placed in the 12th house - not an easy time for the candidate. Remember
that Venus is karaka for wife in a male nativity (and
his died violently!). All of the factors indicate a
difficult time in the candidate's life.

Rahu conjunct the Sun in the 10th house gives him enormous political power and visibility but also an overblown ego, while Ketu is on the Moon produces a restless mind. Deep inside, he may be insecure, oversensitive, and detached. Donald frequently extols his father (Sun) as the one who taught him everything, but only speaks of his mother after extensive prodding. When he returned in 2008 campaigning to build his Scottish golf course in Aberdeenshire, he spent a grand total of 97 seconds in his mother's childhood home3 When he moved into the Oval Office, he placed on the table behind the Resolute Desk a single family photo of Fred Trump, his father. Only later, he placed his mom's photo.
Sun is the most beneficial and powerful planet in his chart. There is mutual reception between Venus in Cancer (11H-gains) and Jupiter in Libra (2H-money, richess) and that brought him great wealth. His dashamsa is simply phenomenal. Two exalted planets and two planets in their own houses. Saturn is exalted and rules the 10th house in D10, in whose antardasha he became president. Leo temperament is proud, assertive and outspoken, combative, audacious, sensual, impulsive but also short-tempered.
Trump's Atmakaraka is Mars placed in the Lagna - he was born to lead. Mars is bhavottama - occupies the Lagna in both D1 and D9. Navamsa lagna is the karakamsa, the place where the Atmakaraka is located (Ma in Sg in Lagna of D9). If Atmakaraka is in Sagittarius, Parashara states that: ″There will be falls from height and conveyances, etc.‶ which may indicate his many bankruptcies. However, this is an extremely powerful placement and it is activated by Jupiter dasha until 2027. Jupiter is in Chitra nakshatra ruled by Mars and Mars is in Magha nakshatra, which is ruled by Ketu. This year he is running Ju-Ke dasha-bhukti, Mars is superactive! Mars is maybe the single most important factor in his political success.

Trump was elected when the progressed Moons declination was OOB crossing the natal Sun, Pluto (OOB) and Mercury (OOB). I have mentioned the importance of the latter planets previously. Out of bounds Pluto gives him enormous power and determination, while Mercury OOB blessed him with intelligence, business acumen as well as a proud and haughty style of speech (that I find hilarious). During the first election, the natal Moon declination is contraparallel to the corresponding progressed declination. Parashara states that this is a favorable trait (Moon in the South gives high Ayana Bala - strength-based on placement in the hemispheres).3
In 2020, Trump's progressed Moon will be passing along the declination of the progressed Sun, which is favorable. Sun is his Lagnesh and the most benefic planet of the chart and I expect to see the same result as in 2016. In Solar Arc directed chart when elected (not shown), the directed Sun was exactly on the ascendant. As Leo is symbolized by the lion- king of the jungle; its ruler the Sun is the king of the zodiac. Trump's transits - transit Rahu is on its natal position in the 10th house together with the Moon (popularity amongst the people). What more needs to be said?

There is no exact birth time for Robert Trump, the president's brother who passed away yesterday, most likely of heart disease. However, his death may be observed from Donald's chart, where Venus rules the 3rd house of younger siblings. It is conjunct Saturn in the 11th house. The slow-moving Pluto and Saturn have been opposing natal Venus-Saturn conjunction for some time. The hard aspect was intensified last night by transit Mars in Aries in the 9th house, forming an exact T-square (natal Sa - tr. Ma + Pl) ending Robert's life. Also, Donald's solar arc directed Mars is in the 3rd house.
